On Jan 5th 2015, Sport Division under General Administration of Sport of China granted 113 athletes with the World-class Athlete titles and 859 athletes with Outstanding Athlete titles. 9 equestrians from Guangdong were on the list including Li Zhen Qiang, Li Yao Feng, Chen Jing Chuan and Liang Rui Ji.
