工作内容:
1.Rotate and attach to different Stables Office staff for learning, understanding and gaining in-depth knowledge of stables operations, OSH and administration.
2.Take up projects and attach to other racing departments through on and off the job training.
3.Assistance for administration duties of Stables Office.
4.Attend morning track work and other racing events related duties.
5.Be prepared to take up future leadership roles.
6.Undertake other recurring or ad-hoc duties assigned by Stables Manager (CTC) or his/her delegates.

1.University degree, and equine experience is preferable.
2.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good observation skills and strong leadership potential.
3.Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, to work long and unsociable hours/shifts.
4.High integrity, trustworthy, responsible, accountable team player with can-do spirit, positive thinking.
5.Passion in the horse racing industry.
6.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
1.Assist VHASM on monitoring maintenance of VH and administrative functions relating to clinical procedures, medication controls, work safety and health risks procedures.
2.Work closely with Facility Management Department and Site Team, to ensure the hospital buildings and fittings are well maintained. And all routine operations relating to cleaning, deep cleaning, pest-control, fire system checking etc., are well implemented with least impact on VCS operation.
3.Work with Finance and unit Supervisors on the asset management.
4.Assisting in overall purchasing requisition on inventories, various consumables and equipment/service, and support VHASM on stocktaking of hospital pharmacy and laboratory items.
5.Systems support, including UATs. ( Hospital Veterinary Management Information System (VMIS), RTA System: scheduling Admin team roster )
6.Work with Unit Supervisors and oversee on roster arrangement and working plans; ensuring that they align with the Club's Human Resources Guidelines in leave management and staff welfare and that they are strictly compliant to the Labour Ordinance in PRC.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
1.A minimum of 5 years of administration working experience, with 2 years in a supervisory position, preferably in a sizeable company.
2.Familiar with PRC laws and regulations relating to safety would be an advantage.
3.Hands-on experience in using PC applications, such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
4.Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic for new challenges
5.Good implementation ability and problem solving skills. Detail-oriented, patient and able to work effectively。
6.Very good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
1.Assist to provide HRBP service to line department and ensure the process is compliance with the company’s policies and SOP.It includes recruitment, employment, communication, performance assessment, career progression etc.
2.Maintain and update the related HR documents.
3.Maintain and update the staff quarters allocation report and staff amenities usage report.
4.Assist to prepare the Employee Engagement Plan and Implement the employee activity plan.
5.Assist in Union activities implementation and administrative works.
6.Take other duties assigned by supervisor.
